Why would a couple of drinks to some people in a party atmosphere, some aggressive and others ready to sleep? One answer is individual body chemistry. According Dr. Mathews Larsen there are six basic alcohol Bio. These types of Bio produce different signs and symptoms according to a person's reaction to alcohol. A. physical response

1. A few drinks make me feel sedated.
2. Consumption Alcohol makes me lack of coordination and dizziness.
3. Alcohol always makes me sick.
4. When I drink, I work better and have lots of energy.
5. First alcohol gives me a boost, but they tend to lose control and drink until drunk.
6. The alcohol gave me a lift. However, stabilizes nerves.
7. Drink beyond my depression temporary, but later, the depression worsens.
8. (Only women) who need and consumption of alcohol during the premenstrual period.
9. Usually, my first pair of glasses will have no effect on me.
10. I rarely feel depressed in the years to my early drinking. Now, the alcohol temporarily closed depression.

B. First alcohol Experience

1. I can not remember my first drinking experience.
2. I liked the feeling when I first drank alcohol. I remember it well.
3. I reacted badly to my first drinking experience. It was not good.
4. Alcohol does not appeal to me.

C. hangovers

1. I do not understand the hangover from drinking regular light.
2. Usually feel miserable in the morning after drinking.

4. I often feel depressed after a night of alcohol.
5. Rarely has a hangover, when I started drinking, but I do now.
6. I feel uncomfortable, even a small amount of alcohol.

D. Features

1. They rarely want more than two or three drinks at once.
2. I can drink more six glasses of Oz (1.5) liquor, (8 oz.) or beer (4 oz.) wine without getting hangovers.
3. It is difficult to control how much you drink at a time.
4. I tend to binge when I drink, then go for periods of several weeks or months before binge eating again.
5. I avoid drinking because alcohol affects me.
6. After a day's work around fumes (gasoline, house paint, printing ink, oil or formaldehyde), often crave a drink.
7. I regularly can drink heavily, have very little sleep and still have a strong sex drive and a type of strong personality.
8. (Only women) who drink moderately, but have a greater need for alcohol before my period.
9. I rarely drink heavy, but easily get drunk on an empty stomach.
10. I drink regularly to avoid depression.

E. Heredity

1. None of my family has a history of excessive alcohol consumption.
2. I have a close relative used to drink or is used for drinking.
3. I have a Scandinavian, Celtic, Welsh or Scottish ancestry and have drinking relatives who suffer from depression.
4. I do not know my family history.
5. My biological origins are mostly northern European or Native American.
6. My family is from southern Mediterranean.
7. One or two drinks that I Spacey, but a close relative is a heavy drinker.
8. My background is in Asia. My family and I feel nauseated, flushed and dizzy small amounts of alcohol.

F. Personality Effects

1. I soft and sleepy after a few drinks.
2. I feel Quick welfare of my first two drinks, but often feel spacey after drinking even more.
3. My personality and behavior change clearly when I drink.
4. My personality and behavior have changed dramatically in recent years since I started drinking. Although not started this way.
5. Me am encouraged and can party all night when I drink and show no signs of intoxication.
6. I often get into fights when I'm drinking.
7. I use alcohol to control my anxiety.
8. Alcohol can raise my temporary depression.
9. Sometimes they act weird when I drink.
10. Alcohol physically bother me, but has no effect on my personality.

G. Tolerance

1. I have a low tolerance for alcohol.
2. I have a very high tolerance for alcohol.
3. I was able to increase my tolerance for alcohol hangover in time to a minimum.
4. After several years of a high tolerance for alcohol, my tolerance has dropped recently.
5. I have trouble predicting my ability to control my drinking.

Many of us everything to be as smart as we can about the choice of food we eat, but not always get the best information on their labels and these choices are often bad ones. Here is a list of the top 10 mistakes we make:

9. After dinner Mint: they tend to give you heartburn such as coffee and soft drinks, and relaxing the muscle that allows gastric juices to go to the esophagus. A better option is to drink a glass of water and take a walk after a meal like that keeps stomach acid from splashing into the esophagus.

10. Economy Restaurant leftovers of a bag for the dog rather than food in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or food poisoning risk especially if heat. It can also be dangerous to heat containers of food in some restaurant in the microwave, even in some paper plates as These can leach dangerous chemicals in food while nuclear weapon. Always use microwave safe containers and bring soups and gravies to a boil for kill insects.
