Or, if you serve cooling refreshments to your guests in summer after a cold drink is a real party complacent. But there's more to it than just throw the ingredients in blender. Follow these secrets to making the perfect fruit smoothie or frozen drink and you'll become an expert!

To make it healthier: Add the power or yeast protein available in health food store or vitamin (and in some supermarkets) of beer.
To add fiber: Add ground flax seed, wheat bran, wheat germ, leaving the skin of the fruit.
To make a frozen drink alcohol: Substitute rum, vodka, or a fruit liqueur for an equal share of the juices or other liquid called for in the recipe. Pour into a margarita glass or hurricane and garnish with fresh fruit. Melon Smoothie 1 cup orange juice 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups cantaloupe, cut into pieces, frozen heaping tablespoon of vanilla yogurt ice cubes to thicken
