common drinks at a bar

Chocolates are the most popular food worldwide and at all ages. Chocolates are often used to show love and affection, and people even have to lift the spirit. Ever wonder where chocolate originated this everywhere? However, historians believe the word chocolate or Chocolatl xocoatl originates from the word Nahuatl cacahuatl means bitter water. Some believe it is a combination of the Mayan words "chocolate" and "haa" and the term Nauhatl "atl". Recently, linguists proposed another theory that comes from "chicolatl" the word guy-li meaning win or do not move and chocoatl. A person from Sweden gave the cacao plant, its botanical name "Theobroma cacao" which when translated literally means "food of the gods".

Most of us know that chocolates are made with cocoa beans that have been cultivated over millions of years in the rainforests of America South. An archaeological study physical sample of the waste chocolate in some Mayan pottery suggests that drank some chocolate Maya 2600 years ago. Some believe that the cocoa plant is grown in the Amazon region for over 4000 years. According to historians, the cacao tree was revered by the Mayans and Aztecs chocolate offered to God as an offering. According to ancient history, the Aztecs made from cocoa beans corn and pepper to form a bitter sweet drink, which is fermented and used for ceremonies. Aztecs valued their cocoa beans, but not grown there. They got it through trade or war, but was treated in accordance with currencies, with taxes paid in the form of cocoa beans.

Cocoa trees have been linked by the Mexicans of Quetzalcoatl, who was the god of agriculture. The myth of Quetzalcoatl, the Aztec empire and left the people eagerly awaiting his return, he sent gifts of cocoa beans and chocolate drink, when they saw a boat at point its coast, believing it was Quetzalcoatl. However, later it was discovered that the ship was a European ship invader, who wanted to conquer and acquire land.

Chocolate came to Europe in the 16th century with Spanish explorer – Don Hernan Cortes. However, some historians differ and say that chocolate came to Europe through of Christopher Columbus, that these beads in his pocket when he returned from his journey to search for the Americas.

Once in Europe, the tradition of drinking chocolate hot, as we know it today started in Spain. The Spanish do not like to consume as Aztec. It lowers the cocoa beans to paste and mixed with spices, vanilla and honey. Then made and poured into the cups of great height to create a sparkling sensation. This drink is served to passengers and was a common drink with the nobility. Historians may vary along that brought the bean crop to Europe, but all are united by the fact that Don Cortes was popularized drinking. Initially, this drink was popular with the Spanish, but almost a century later, it became popular in the rest of Europe. Chocolate French went much later and the French, who are trendsetters culinary drink popularized and created modern day cafés serve this delicious drink.

America was introduced to the wonders of chocolate long before that England in the late 16th century, when the chocolate factory was established first in 1765. During the Second World War, the U.S. Government realized the importance of chocolate bars and the instant of power than ever and immediately sends out a lot of these bars to the soldiers. Chocolate reached England in the late 17th century, when Sir Hans Sloane was drinking cocoa in Jamaica and finding it unpalatable, add the milk. As he liked, he took the recipe to England. However, at first, this beer was sold in the UK and medicine in chemists! This recipe was then used for the manufacture of Cadburys chocolate as we know it today. The first commercial chocolate factory was established in the late 18th century by Walter Church in Bristol.

In the 19th century, a manufacturer of chocolate, the Netherlands, by the name of Conrad J. van Houten, patented fat removal method of producing cocoa and a cake like substance that when dry powder led to the creation of what we now know as the cocoa powder. The cocoa powder was treated with alkaline salts, which easily soluble in water. This was the starting point for creating chocolates in the shape that we know and love today. Cocoa powder is widely used in the manufacture of cakes, chocolate drinks and chocolate bars.

After production of cocoa powder, the obvious next step was to make chocolate in solid form as rods ever to see nowadays. The first primitive version of the chocolate bar was initially created by JS Fry and Son in 1847, when they mix the sugar and cocoa butter with chocolate powder to produce a dry solid block, granular and not particularly tasty. The Swiss are naturally creative, invent new forms of chocolate more, such as those we love and know today. The invention of milk chocolate, adding more milk and sugar to the current recipe was made by Henri Nestlé and Daniel Peters.

drinks during pregnancy

You've read the first part of this article, which explains 5 most common health problems during pregnancy. They include nausea, fatigue, frequent need urination, constipation, and heartburn. Now you can read another 5, and of course, with their solutions.

Here they are:

6. Pain head

Headache commonly occurs during pregnancy, especially during the first quarter. You get a bad headache all over head, with or without pain on the back of the neck.

The exact reason for these headaches is unknown. However, they seem to be related to hormonal changes during pregnancy because it generally improves during the second trimester, when hormone levels tend to stabilize. The lack of adequate nighttime sleep, dehydration, stress, fatigue, sinus congestion or eyestrain could also lead to headaches during pregnancy.

Solutions

or Try to find the cause of pain. If the headaches are due to the lack of sufficient sleep, bring a nap in the day time and sleep for 9-10 hours overnight. If the arguments family friends are causing the problem, solved with appropriate solutions. Avoid reading too much and get vision screening if eyestrain is causing pain head. If stress is the reason, try applying warm or cool compresses on her head.

or Take a shower and get a head massage done.

or Never keep your stomach empty and often eat

Use relaxation techniques or meditation like yoga and acupuncture or going.

You You should not take any painkillers like ibuprofen or aspirin during pregnancy. Instead, consult your health care and get drugs that are safe during pregnancy.

7. Abdominal pain

From the second quarter, might feel a stretching pain in the lower abdomen. The pain may be brief, but may be sharp or dull and long lasting. This pain is caused by stretching and thickening of ligaments and muscles that support the uterus to accommodate and sustain the new perimeter of the uterus.
Abdominal pain can also occur due to constipation and / or gas and bloating.

Solutions

o If the pain is due to stretching of the ligaments, changing their positions while you are uncomfortable can help.

o In the case of the reason to be constipation and / or gas, the remedies are rid of these causes. To cure gas:

– Avoid certain foods such as broccoli, asparagus, potatoes and pulp and causing gases. Some high-fiber foods such as cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, beans, oat bran, and many fruits can also cause gas, but since you need fiber to avoid constipation, you can not avoid its consumption, but reduce it. You can also consider taking wheat bran. It is an excellent source fiber and does not cause gas.

– Eat small, frequent meals.

– Drink fluids between meals instead of taking over.

– No carbonated drink and avoid chewing gum.

– Practice of moderate exercise or yoga.

8. Sleep problems

Women always get insomnia during pregnancy. This is probably because of discomfort due to frequent urination, headache, back pain, or anxiety and enthusiasm for the new baby.

Solutions

or Try taking a warm bath or a body massage before sleep.

Avoid eating or before going to bed.

o Ensure that the temperature of the room where you sleep is adequate. Also, make sure there is no light or sound in the room.

o If you can not sleep, do not worry, but relax with a book or listening to music.

o When the abdomen is large, sleep on your side with a pillow between legs and one in the abdomen, will comfort you.

Try sleeping on your left side, which is the best position, allowing a better flow of blood and nutrients to your baby through the placenta. In this position, your kidneys are also able to eliminate waste and fluids more efficiently reducing the swelling in the hands and feet. Sleeping on your back can increase back pain, impair digestion, blood circulation and breathing. In the 2nd and 3rd quarter, also can affect your blood pressure.

9. Changes in skin color

During pregnancy, some women experience brown or yellowish patch on the nose and cheeks and around the eyes. These are called chloasma or melasma. May occur in other parts of the body.

In many women, a dark line that appears in the midline of her lower abdomen, this is called "black line".

All these discolorations occur due to increased synthesis of melanin, a pigment that gives color to skin and hair. They usually go after childbirth. However, there are ways to reduce your training while carrying your baby.

Solutions

o Avoid the sun. Sunlight increases further the formation of melanin. Use sunscreen with SPF 15.

o Do not use bleach to get rid of skin pigmentation instead of using makeup to hide.

10. Backache

Back pain is due to many reasons. The ligaments connecting the pelvic bones in the spine become loose to facilitate delivery, causing pain when standing, walking or sitting for long periods. The enlarged uterus also puts pressure on your back. Finally, since the muscles have to carry extra weight, they have to do work extra that makes them exhausted and therefore painful.

Solutions

Sit or in a chair that has a good support for your back.

Avoid or stand for long periods.

Bend your knees or, instead of returning

o Do not lift heavy objects.

or sleep on the left (preferred) side with a pillow under your abdomen and between the legs

o From early pregnancy, starting an exercise program. Frequently stretch his body. Swimming is also a good exercise to strengthen the back and abdominal muscles.

Avoid wearing shoes or high heels and try to stay upright (though it might be difficult).

or can also consider the use of belts to support the abdomen.

Drinks in France

drinks in france

It has always been so amazing to me why people in Europe get to enjoy some of the best tasting wines in the world from France, and that tend to stick only to wines that are produced here in North America by the grapes from France. Oh, I know, have led us to believe that we have some of the best wines here in the U.S., why do they drink wine from France or Europe?! Â

Class limited thinking, do not you think? Either that or they just do not know what wine to buy! Is it cool to admit that, and try to learn more about other wines as well, or not, it is not necessary to admit any thing, we have the best wines from California and elsewhere and that's all there is to do?

Do you really believe that? Is that true?

The facts are as impartial as follows: Even though we stumble to the fine wines of California, Oregon, Washington and elsewhere in North America, we must logically realize that most of these wines produced here in the U.S. and Canada are made from French grapes, pinot noir, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, syrah, etc. However, if we have used the grape or grapes from France to produce wines which, incidentally, have completely different taste of the indigenous regions of these grapes because climate and terrain, then these grapes must be good enough to make the wines in their own regions of origin. Is it a fair assessment? Logically impartially and the answer must be yes. If we are logical and reasonable people, then it would be fair to say, we must also examine the wines produced from these grapes in his homeland, where for the first time in existence. Logically impartially and the answer must be yes.

Now if the above statement makes sense for most of us wine drinkers, and then let some of these French wines to the test and find out for ourselves whether they are good or not.

Here is a small list of French wines available in our markets that are friendly to our pocket books:

Network: Perrin Reserve (producer) ORA Parrallele (producer) Cote du Rhone from the Rhone Valley, Montagne St. Emilion from Bordeaux

White Sèvre et Maine Muscadet from the Loire Valley, Sancerre from the Loire Valley

Rose ': Rose d'Anjou from the Loire Valley

Put these wines to the test at their convenience, and please comment on this article. Thank you.
