Lunch is a very important meal for a child's day, though, so if you have more time to think and do what your children will be lunch in school, make the extra effort. Wrap tortilla ·

This is easily done and can continue to use the leftovers! Wrap a bit of meat and vegetables in a tortilla. You can add the sauce, cheese, and / or sour cream if you like. · Sandwich chicken salad

Put some chopped chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber slices between whole wheat bread. You can add cheese or salad dressing this sandwich to make yummie and more attractive. Remember you do not have to use chicken. You can substitute chicken for tuna, sliced beef or sliced turkey. Almost any member of the group of proteins are well with this sandwich, and what you can really mix and have a different one every day!

· Meatball Sub

Grab a mini baguette and the line with the mustard (if your child likes the mustard), mayonnaise, cheese, tomatoes and pickles. Put in some cooked meatballs in tomato sauce (can use leftover spaghetti and meatballs which served the other night), and top it off, with a little sour cream. Wrap this well in a sandwich or wrap paper aluminum, and their son is ready!

· Croquettes

This recipe has a little more time to prepare. You can make preparation for the night above, and makes the fry in the morning you will pack. While frying is not the healthiest way to cook for the excessive oil, croquettes are easy finger food for children. You may participate in ping-pong balls to make them easier to eat. Things with mashed potatoes, tuna, turkey, or other healthy proteins. Also you can do things with béchamel and cheese, and your children are in for a delicious!

Always try to put in a box and a cup of fruit juice in the lunch box, apart from the previous suggestions. Yogurt and granola bars can also function as a sweet snack. Ask your children what "extras" they would like in their lunch boxes and keep them healthy!
