King crab, along with all seafood, is one of my passions. The truth is that many people like crab recipes. Menu today is one of my favorites, for my family and especially my grandmother! Unfortunately, dont get to prepare often because of availability and high cost of seafood.

King crab is the star of this sauteed in Thai curry sauce and one of the most popular meals served in many restaurants in Thailand. It is easy to cook and, alternatively, with king crab, can be used mixed seafood of your choice. So maybe we will start.

I usually cook this recipe with chopped crab every size package. Here are a few tips for dealing with either frozen or fresh, live king crab and seafood. Make sure you always thaw seafood safely the refrigerator. A humane way to use live seafood is to place the crab in the freezer. This makes sleeping and as I said it's better for them when placed at the point of boiling water.

Prepare the sauce by mixing an egg into a bowl. * Add a tablespoon of oyster sauce, a spoonful. light soy sauce, a teaspoon **, A teaspoon of ginger. sugar and only a spoonful. curry powder. Whisk until the flavors marry. Set a skillet over medium heat add six tablespoons oil. Five teeth Chop garlic, onion, cut into inch pieces and dice an onion. Fry the garlic for two minutes, then add the crab meat sauteed other two to four minutes until cooked through. Stir in light of the combination of soy sauce, served over a bed of rice and enjoy.

A ALL-American favorite, and mine too, is the Crab cake, served as an appetizer or an entree. There are many recipes from all regions of the country.
