A flight can be very stressful. No matter if the flight is 2 hours, or maybe you'll be in the air for 17 hours, the idea of the tension is there. So, What can you do if you're looking to relieve stress on your next flight? Here are 4 simple tips, but effective.

Keep your mind on other things – This is one of the most important things you can do when you're looking to keep your mind stress. Bring magazines, books, DVDs, or whatever is to keep your mind on other things. If you are not thinking about it, it will not be on your mind.

Drink some alcohol – Yes! You can drink in an airport, and on an airplane, provided they do not get out of control. Have a drink before your flight and relax the nerves a bit.

Rest – Take a bit of relaxing music, sit and relax. You can bring your iPod or any MP3 player you have. Grab a Nice airline pillow and a blanket and sit and relax.

Coma – Yes, it's not healthy to eat all the time, but bring some snacks, and I hope that your airline will provide you with some drinks. Eating and drinking is a great way to keep your mind off things.

Get to the airport early, bring lots of entertainment, and best of all, relax! While that can achieve these things, you should be able to have a long, stress free flight.
