If you are looking for fine French wine and food, consider the Burgundy region, famous the world in eastern France. Although quite rare, may even find a bargain. Hope you have fun on this fact-filled wine education tour in which he reviews a Chardonnay white wine from the region of Côte de Beaune, not far from the city of Dijon, in northeastern France. Burgundy ranks fourth in wine area of France's eleven regions for growth if you include the Beaujolais region, although strictly speaking they are wines of Beaujolais wines of Burgundy, that even using the same red grapes. Many people will tell you that wine is the best in Burgundy France, if not worldwide. Maybe someday we will review a very expensive wine of Burgundy. Here is a review for an average price of Burgundy comes from the oldest Négociant (wine seller) in Burgundy.

The city of Beaune is about two hundred miles southeast of Paris. It is fair In the heart of wine country of Burgundy, Côte de Beaune to the south, and Côte de Nuits, north. Pass XII century church called Coll © giala Notre-Dame, which hosts a series of tapestries depicting the life of the Virgin Mary. Maison Champy Pernand-Vergelesses 2004 13% of $ 20.00

Let's start by quoting the marketing materials. Tasting Notes: The complex set of flavors including apricot, lemon zest, pear, mineral, oak, and a pinch of butter. This dry, the young wine is good now and will be very impressive, with several years of maturation (2-4 years). This wine finished long work well with grilled trout or chicken Kiev.

My first meal consisted of chicken burgers with Harissa (a Tunisian hot pepper sauce), baked potatoes cooked in chicken fat, pepper and dill pickle slices. The wine was very round and sweet. (I could have guessed to be a Riesling.) Knew of lime and somewhat oily, with a large length. Frankly, not too good for this simple meal.

The next meal involved stove top cooked chicken soy honey sauce with rice and green beans. The Burgundy was refreshing acidity, tasting of white grapefruit and lemon. It was feather and yet powerful. I do not understand why it was sweet, with the first meal, and certainly not very nice here.

The final meal was an eggplant wrapped Parmagiana I added grated parmesan cheese. The wine was quite long, nice and fruity, with good acidity.

The first couple cheese was a Swiss (Emmenthaler) cheese that really came from Germany. The wine was well multilayer acid but not sweet. He tried this Chardonnay with goat cheese from the Poitou-Charentes region of central-western France. The wine was silenced, but not crushed.

The final verdict. I would buy this wine again, but not waste it on plebeian food pairing. I really think that could hold its own, with menus gourmet.

Levi Reiss has authored or co-authored ten books on computers and the Internet, but to be honest, he would rather just drink fine Italian, French, or other wine, accompanied by the right foods and spend time with his wife and family. He teaches classes in computers at an Ontario French-language community college. Among his many web sites he is particularly proud of his new love and relationships site celebrating mostly spiritual and on occasion physical love at http://www.loveamourlove.com. You will find a wide range of articles devoted to various aspects of love, and a special collection of love quotes in both English and French (with translations.) Hey, Restaurant Guy weÂ're customers. Thata law, we pay your bills on-so listen up. Why are your bar stools so uncomfortable? Do you really want the boat and go to another bar where we can adjust our attitude in the comfort? Before defending their bar stools, sit in one of thirty minutes without getting up. Do you feel relieved to get up, or want to request another punch and relax.

There are thousands of attempts in a designer bar stool Stool meaning no designer has come well. Design bar stool is a classic case of the forgotten role of the shape. It is clear to us, just by inspection (more so for endangering our butts), bar stools are designed and selected by a look, not for our comfort. Somewhere there must be an annual international competition of "The World's Most Inconvenient stool. Bar "Judges sat designers in their own creations and watch their expressions of pain to establish the upset each index bar stool. A perennial winner should be the grape evacuating molten iron bar: feet of cast iron, cast iron seats, casting Arms of iron and iron again. It takes two people to move one of these horrors, and the discomfort index is just below a "The Iron MaidenÂ" used in the Spanish Inquisition.

Some importance must be attached to the bar type of operation. All bars can be grouped into three categories: 1) bars drinking, including those that serve food, 2) Holding tanks for diners in a restaurant waiting to be seated, 3) the body shops where people go for company.

Body Shop bar stools require a minimum comfort. Sitting too long in a body shop can be interpreted negatively and be counterproductive in our quest for Mr. or Ms. Goodbar. Therefore, we have to mix-no bar to a claim. A bar stool is an uncomfortable reminder out in the melee.

Comfortable bar stools offer a business opportunity for the celebration of restaurant-bar tank. Given a comfortable place to be intimate with his bar, some of us can migrate and nest in its operation during the happy hour and when you should not expect restaurant. This additional revenue could pay on comfortable bar stools.

We insist on comfortable bar stools in bars to drink. Without delving into the psychological manifestations, your cocktail bar exists for can escape from whatever is bothering us. We come to you for relief. If relief comes from a bottle, companionship or solitude – it is impossible to escape reality when his bar stool continues to haunt our Heinies again in real time.

Since designers have not yet produced the perfect bar stool, we will a shopping list of features for you as an operator from bar to look for when replacing their bar stools.

1) large, soft padded seat essential! A real positive for the subsequent abundance.

2) Soft-padded back prevents back pain. Dona't bother with a stool again unless ita is comfortable.

3) A swivel seat prevents neck pain when speaking or winking at the person next to us.

4) Nice arms, but is optional. They occupy space and could weaken other owner of the bar when suddenly spinning.

5) an adjustable footrest, avoids dangling leg cramps, while in air.

6) Roll-wheels make it easy to pull ourselves to the bar. It is also useful to shoot too relaxed to customers in a taxi.

Then, of course, is not the style bar stool and has not yet been tried, "the chair! The first bar with bar stools will become a reclining tourist attraction.
