champagne song 2009
With the conclusion of the Formula One season for 2008, we all agree it was an exciting season. Lewis Hamilton Felipe Massa overtake the Ferrari drivers' championship, taking the consolation prize of winning the championship of the manufacturer, there is much to talk about.
In this article we will walk right by Team celebrations and triumphs. No champagne for us! Instead, let's take a look at the other end of the scale. Specifically, which driver was be the most disappointing in 2008?
Kimi Raikkonen – If every there was one clear winner of this award, Kimi has to be. How can capitalize on its first championship the world in your career? Obviously, you party so much I put in some kind of coma. To say it was a bad year for the End of rheumy flight would be an understatement. Massa was graded as often, people stopped talking about it. Once in the race, obediently follow the car ahead of him lap after lap without much part of an effort to pass.
Perhaps the strangest thing about Kimi was the final race of mischief. Despite being a stumbling block for most of the race, suddenly seen in the last 10 laps and show a tremendous speed. In fact, by far, had the fastest laps in the racing season. Management Ferrari must have been beside themselves with frustration. This makes overseas who have decided to take the Kimster back for 2009. One can only hope to appear in the right frame of mind.
Nick Heidfeld – There is a friendly competition for all teams between the two drivers out for some others. Well, unless McLaren! However, BMW competition this year has been a matter of one side. Apparently, the test of "Samson" bad impact, Nick Heidfeld was presented for the season with a beard was an ugly and incredibly bad season. While his teammate, finished third in the championship overall, Nick slowly drove around the constantly back of the field after failing grade. With BMW looking to get into the thick of things, it is surprising that Heidfeld will be back when you has to think of Sebastian Vettel, a German no less, might have to go right to take the BMW on the podium in 2009.
Heikki Kovalinen – After stinking up at Renault, Heikki was lucky in the second seat at McLaren. While his teammate was to win the drivers' championship, McLaren Heikki was causing the championship manufacturers. He led most of the year in a similar funk, as Kimi Raikkonen. Although he scored a first victory, his year will be remembered forever by their inability to catch and overtake Sebastian Vettel at Monza. Ron Dennis must have been gritting his teeth and his driver can not come to grips with Minardi!
Jenson Button – It is true that Honda is the bike to Formula One with their lack of traction, it looks like a cry for unity, but it must be frustrating to see other teams passed. Regardless, the ship of Jenson has come and gone in Formula One Lewis Hamilton has assumed the mantle of the British, and with you the name of the game for the teams, it is not difficult Jenson see the F1 in a year. His only hope is that the computer displays a dramatic turn around, but the difference between the piece of garbage known as Honda and top teams is just too far.
There were, of course, other drivers who deserve a mention. David Coultard spent much of his swan song driving around like an old grump. Nelson Piquet Jr. at Renault, most definitely not get the speed of his father. Nakijima Williams was funny too. I never knew when he would go in and out of the track and apparently did not. At day's end, the four had to be the kings of comedy for the 2008 season.
